These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and Bintang78 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Bintang78 online sports betting and live casino platform, accessible at https://bintang78.cam and any associated mobile or application interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Bintang78 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with thePrivacy Policy and any additional promotion-specific rules applicable from time to time.

Age Verification: Bintang78 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. If a Member is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently suspended. All deposits, bets, and any purported winnings associated with underage accounts will be forfeited in full.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Bintang78 Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.
Bintang78 is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Bintang78 reserves the right to withold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Bintang78 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
Unused Balances: Bintang78 does not charge inactivity fees on dormant accounts during the first 12 months of inactivity. After 12 months of account inactivity, an administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per month may be applied to accounts with outstanding balances. Members with dormant accounts are encouraged to contact support arrange a withdrawal.
Bintang78 offers various promotions to Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bintang78 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; engaging in low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; collusion with other Members to systematically exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, with all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Bintang78 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Bintang78 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences: Any breach of this Section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including deposits), and permanent banning from the Platform. Bintang78 reserves the right to report Prohibited Conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.
Bintang78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, at its absolute discretion, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winings subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bintang78 is not obligated to return funds to accounts closed due to fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bintang78, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

All content on the Bintang78 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of Bintang78 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted no intellectual property rights in any Platform content by virtue of these Terms or your use of the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, create derivative works from, or commercialise any Platform content without the prior written consent of Bintang78.
Bintang78 collects, processes, and stores personal data in connection with the provision of its Services. By agreing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and withdraw any available balance in your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Bintang78 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact Bintang78 customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution mechanism.
